Examples of non NHS work that we provide at the surgery for our registered patients are

• Insurance claim forms
• Travel cancellation forms
• Private medicals for taxis and LGV’s

There will be a charge made for all non NHS work. We base our pricing structure on guidelines issued by the British Medical Association
